With over a decade of experience advising multinational companies, governments, and trade associations, he specialises in developing strategies and executing pan-EU public affairs and media campaigns. Jeff provides strategic counsel to senior leaders on a wide range of EU policies, political dynamics, and the workings of its institutions. Before joining Panterra, Jeff was a Partner at a leading international strategic communications and public affairs agency. Earlier in his career, he had a brief tenure at the European Parliament.
